- Timothy McSweeey's Internet Tendency. I like this a lot. Phrases like "with subject matters ranging from murder mysteries in Indian villages to pirate adventures and life on the moon, it's like it's produced by a troop of Boy Scouts." and "throw it across the room" spring to mind. Beautiful web design too.
News and Info:
- Slashdot, very
addictive once you get into it.
- ZZZ Online have a selection of
tech' related stories.
- The Register have a
more computer and business focus to their news.
- The Evil Gerald, probably the best journalism in the Irish press.
GNU-Linux:
- Linux Gazette
is a good online monthly Linux magazine.
- Linux Weekly News is a weekly
Linux site, more focused on news. Good for security info.
- Debian my preferred
Linux distribution (although
SuSE is pretty good too).
Useful:

- Python
The best programming language you have never used. Try it, you
might like it.
