Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • Some cooked white rice (about a bowl per serving).
  • some eggs whisked together with a little teaspoons salt (1 egg per serving).
  • Some chopped scallions/spring onions.
  • Some chopped fresh ginger (0.3 teaspoons per serving, or to taste).
    • You'll also need some oil.

Cooking

Heat some oil in a pan or wok. Add the whisked egg, and cook it while stirring it and breaking up the cooked bits. When it is cooked and set, remove the eggs to a bowl.

Heat more oil, and add the rice and ginger (maybe add ginger a half minute ahead of rice). Toss and stir the rice and ginger till the rice is well coated in oil and heated (about 3 minutes).

Then stir in the eggs, and some chopped spring onions. Stir for a few moments, heating it all, and then serve.
